We accept all patients. The only insurance we are currently in-network with is Cigna. For all other insurances, we are considered out-of-network (OON).
Yes! For our OON patients, we provide superbills that can be submitted to their insurance
Sure we can. We pay for a software called Reimbursify so that our patients can easily submit superbills to their insurance using an app on their phones.
We know how important early access to treatment is to improve chances for a full recovery. And that’s why we schedule the initial phone consult with the doctor of PT the same week a patient calls in requesting an appointment. The evaluation session follows shortly after.
We have successfully offered virtual PT sessions via HIPAA-compliant software. The outcomes with telehealth PT are as good as with in-person PT, with the added advantage of being able to evaluate patients in their home environment.
Sign up for our Ergonomic assessment right away! We are now using software when doing virtual Ergonomic assessments that can provide an injury risk score, and generate evidence-based ergonomic furniture recommendations as well as stretches to be done while at work.
Not at all. We have PTs who specialize in performing arts injury recovery. The RSPT PTs are dancers & performers themselves and understand dancers’ physical & emotional needs. We build a tailor-made program using our trademarked ‘Healthy Dancer Program’ principles.
