RSPT Mission for Corporates

Employers incur losses when employees go on disability leave due to back & neck pain.

If the number of injured employees goes up, then insurance premiums also rise. Sedentary occupations, as well as work involving repeated tasks, can lead to musculoskeletal (MSK) pain & injuries. Even if an employee decides to go offsite to seek care, that is time being away from the job.

We bring you a program that assesses risk of RSI in your employees, gives them early access to on-site skilled professionals and uses a data-driven approach to MSK wellness to get employees out of pain and back to work.

How it's designed?

Our Corporate Physical Therapy and Wellness Program will be designed based on a few key metrics.

  • Tour of the facility
  • Meeting with EHS Managers to understand employee tasks and responsibilities
  • Meeting with ergonomist to understand the risk of RSI (Repetitive strain injury)
  • Past injury data analysis
  • Conduct an employee survey to understand the current needs of the employees.
