Do you know that KNEE PAIN is a common problem with many causes, from acute injuries to complications of medical conditions and if unattended, may lead to resorting to knee replacement surgery?

4 Weeks of Physical Therapy Group Sessions

  • Week 1: Education regarding biomechanics, common causes of injury, and postural relief 
  • Week 2: Stretching exercises to reduce aches & pains 
  • Week 3: Strengthening exercises to help you get back to the activities you love 
  • Week 4: Group coaching call with Physical Therapist

Program Logistics

The session will be 60 mins in length taught live by the Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Divya Raghavan, using a Zoom link. This link will be shared with enrolled participants before class.

$50 for this 4-week long program

I have a meeting during the live sessions. Will the recording be shared?

 Yes definitely. This program is available to people all over the US and that's why we picked a time that would work in multiple time zones.
Don't worry if you aren't able to attend the sessions live.
The recording and exercise videos will be shared with registered participants.

 There are several ways to get your questions answered. There will be time for Q/A at the end of each session. You may also email your questions to Dr. Divya Raghavan directly.
In addition, all program attendees get the option of setting up a 20-min FREE phone consultation.

 

Would I need exercise equipment to follow along with the exercises?

What if I have questions with regards to the material that is shared?

How would I remember the stretches that was taught during the sessions?

 Not at all! No exercise equipment is needed.
All exercises taught will be using bodyweight
and easily available home furniture.
For the floor exercises, you may use a yoga mat.

 A PDF version of the exercises, as well as videos,
will be shared after the session.

You will be able to see the exercise videos
and follow along using a free downloadable application on your phone or computer.

 Everyone attending the Healthy Knee Program will learn self-care strategies to better understand the root cause of their knee pain
and develop evidence-based skills to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Then it's up to you to put these skills to work by being diligent with the prescribed home exercise program to see long-lasting effects.
